Students Registration Procedure

No Registration Charges for demo classes. Free 2-day demo class available.

We will provide your ward with 2 days of demo lectures. After that, you must pay the tutorial fees.

You must pay an advance fee if you approve the tutor sent for your ward. If you disapprove of the tutor, we can arrange a replacement upon request.

The tutorial will provide you with the tutor’s photograph, along with photocopies of the tutor’s identity proof and address proof for verification purposes.

You are free to verify the tutor’s identity, address, qualifications, and other relevant details before engaging them for tuition. We encourage guardians to carry out any verification they consider necessary for their own safety and satisfaction.

Xcellent Tutorial shall not be responsible or liable for anything said, done, promised, or committed by the tutor. The tutor shall be solely responsible for their own actions, conduct, statements, commitments, and behavior while providing tuition services.

If you pay any amount to the tutor directly without consulting Xcellent Tutorial, we will not be responsible for any claim or complaint regarding it.
